Orders are typically processed within 1–5 working days before dispatch.

During busy periods, processing times may be longer.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

• UK: 3–7 working days after dispatch
• International: 7–14+ working days after dispatch

These delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination and products ordered.

Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Postal services
• Customs processing
• Severe weather
• Events outside our reasonable control
