Orders
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because our products are made to order, we begin processing orders quickly. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee modifications once production has started.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet entered production or shipped, we may be able to update the address.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your order details.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its delivery status.
How long will my order take to get to me?
All items are made to order. Production typically takes 3-5 working days before shipping. Once shipped from our supplier, standard delivery times apply including extra time for international orders.
For example, a UK order that uses Royal Mail 1st class would have a production time of 3-5 working days and then a delivery time of 1-3 working days for a total of 4-8 working days from the point of purchase.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping availability and rates will be calculated at checkout.
Will I have to pay customs fees or import taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Are your shirts true to size?
Most of our garments are designed to fit true to size. However, fit may vary slightly between styles and brands. Please refer to the size chart provided on each product page.

How should I wash my shirt?
For best results:
- Turn the garment inside out before washing.
- Wash at or below 30 degrees.
- Use mild detergent.
- Avoid bleach.
- Avoid tumble drying.
- Do not iron directly on the printed design.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We’ll review the situation and work to resolve it.
Can I exchange my item for a different size or colour?
As products are made to order, exchanges are not offered unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5 working days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
