All products are made-to-order by Inkthreadable. Because of this, returns for change of mind or sizing issues cannot be accepted.

2. Eligible Refunds / Replacements

You may request a refund or replacement if:

  • Item arrives damaged or defective
  • Incorrect product received

Contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@hnon.co.uk with photos.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Made-to-order items that are correct and match your order
  • Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Replacement items are sent free of charge when possible

5. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for original shipping costs (except for faulty items)
  • Return shipping for eligible returns will be covered by us
