6. Shipping & Delivery

Fulfilled via Inkthreadable.
Estimated delivery:
- UK: 3–7 working days after production
- International: 7–14+ working days
Delivery times are estimates; delays due to third-party carriers are outside our control.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon dispatch.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Because items are made-to-order:

No returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
Refunds/replacements are available for:
- Damaged items
- Defective products
- Incorrect items

Refunds are issued via the original payment method, at our discretion.

8. Customisation & Print Variations

Minor variations in print, colour, or placement are not defects.
Custom requests must be clearly communicated before purchase.
